Once you’ve done that you can continue importing Hitman 2 into Hitman 3. If you want to import Hitman 1 levels into Hitman 3 on console, then you’re going to need to launch Hitman 2 and ensure that you’ve redeemed the Hitman Legacy Pack in that game. So, if players purchase the past titles on the PlayStation but want to play the new one on PC, then they will need to purchase the respective Access Passes to gain access to the previous installment’s content.

Past purchases can only be transferred across the same console family (e.g., PlayStation to PlayStation, Xbox to Xbox, PC to PC). The important thing to note here is that players will need to own Hitman 1 or Hitman 2 on the same console that they purchase Hitman 3 on to import the levels for free. If someone already purchased Hitman 1 or Hitman 2 in the past, then they will find that the Access Passes are available to them free of charge. IO Interactive accomplishes this by making the missions available as DLC through Access Passes, which can be found on the respective game stores that players choose to play Hitman 3 through. Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 Access Passes can be found inside the Hitman 3 game store. Like with Hitman 2, players can import levels from the previous two entries of the World of Assassination trilogy into Hitman 3 so that they can access these missions in Hitman 3 despite the games being released across multiple console generations.

(I do like my big actual maps too though, and theyre 1000x better for the contracts mode. Now that Hitman 3 is out, players will have the chance to jump in and experience the full World of Assassination trilogy all in one place. If IOI could make small maps like that for some special contracts but just make them harder somehow it would be pretty cool. Sure its tiny because its supposed to be for training, and its really easy, but the size somehow reminded me of the new life from hitman blood money which was one of my favorite missions as a kid. This, i was surprised how much i enjoyed that mission. Whereas for Hitman 2, I kind of wished they threw in a couple more Nightcall esque level instead of one of the bigger ones becase they are not adhering to episodic anymore. A House Built on Sand is much better than Gilded Cage as a level I feel, but is a much smaller level, but is harder to sell as a full episode. I feel Hitman 2016 needed big maps, every map, because of episodic release. Whereas no one ever complains about Sapienza as too big because size was never an obstacle. I feel like Miami didn't really benefit in being big, it just made it a chore.

And yes OP, Bangkok is a little meh, but not because Cross never comes down (he technically can), but because how separated Morgan and Cross is.

If is big, see Sapienza or Paris on what makes a good level. It also captured the beauty of Hawkes Bay at night.īig is not better. It won't go down as an all time great level because of how easy it is being a traning level, but the design, immersion, concept is good. I absolutely loved almost everything about it.
